Ariel Yount’s love of theater brings a unique depth to her storytelling. She is deeply passionate about the Word of God and she skillfully blends biblical accuracy with creative flair to make Scripture come alive in her novels.

A Florida native, former police officer, and graduate of Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program, she now works with her family, as the Ugly Duckling Recreation Group. Ariel lives with her husband and their two children in Western Pennsylvania. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her enjoying musicals, sipping coffee, performing in local theater productions, playing at the campground with her kids, or serving in her local church.

I write Biblical fiction to help bring the Bible to life for readers. I love researching the history and cultural context of people in the Old Testament and weaving some fiction in to help others understand the significance of God’s beautiful masterpiece in our lives today.
